Returns

Refunds

If approved:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Zeranoo is not responsible for lost return parcels.
Exchanges
At this time, exchanges depend on product availability.
If you would like a different color or variation, please contact our support team before returning your order.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
